VolkCloud offers a subscription-based service. Upon registration, you will have access to VolkCloud's functionality based on the package purchased.
A 7-day free trial is provided, after which you must subscribe to continue using VolkCloud.
Subscription fees are paid monthly, and invoices will be emailed to the registered email address provided during registration.
You agree to use VolkCloud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not use VolkCloud in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
By using VolkCloud, you consent to VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd collecting and processing personal data provided by you for the purpose of managing your account and providing the services.
VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd will handle your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
VolkCloud and its content, features, and functionality are owned by VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on VolkCloud, except as provided herein.
In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription to VolkCloud, you must provide a one-month notice period.
You can initiate the cancellation process by contacting VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd's customer support or through the account settings provided within the VolkCloud platform.
Please note that there are no refunds for subscription fees paid to VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd.
Once a payment is made for a subscription period, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle.
VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to VolkCloud at any time for any reason without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use VolkCloud will cease immediately.
VolkCloud is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd does not warrant that VolkCloud will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
VolkCloud (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on VolkCloud's website.
Your continued use of VolkCloud after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
